Inside Sales Representative Position
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for working with our dealer channel in bringing our products to market. This will be accomplished primarily by handling inbound calls from our dealer base, evaluating applications in order to find the best solution and to cross-sell or up-sell additional product. Our representatives will also be responsible for providing efficient and courteous customer service experience at all times.
P/T Order Entry Clerk
Responsible for providing excellent service to customers by processing orders received via email inquiry, fax transmittals and incoming email. Works directly with Customer Service/Inside Sales Team to determine proper action needed to ensure 100% order fulfillment..
IT Specialist
This multifaceted position will be responsible for a variety of IT administration and operational task in a small business environment. Duties will include anything IT from end-user support to server and application support.
